Lighting of the Lighthouse is an annual event organized by the MV Museum. This is Edgartown’s version of the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting. The Edgartown Lighthouse is rich in history and holds a special place in the hearts of many guests of Harbor View Hotel. The lighthouse has been a part of many engagements, romantic moments, fun family adventures, views from the harbor, and the backdrop of countless photos and videos. Guests love to see it lit up for the Holidays, decorated for the Pink and Green festival in the spring and in its natural glory throughout the year.
