Celebrate the season with Ann DeWitt in this hands-on class on how to decorate her delicious sugar cookies.
In this class you will learn: How to make royal icing and different consistencies | How to outline and flood sugar cookies using royal icing | Various cookie decorating techniques to decorate six cookies including snowmen, trees, wreaths, and festive cows (we HAD to!)
All participants will take home six cookies as well as a piping bag, two piping tips, and a frosting squeeze bottle. All ingredients, icings, and supplies will be provided. As your cookies will still be wet, please bring a tupperware container or rimmed baking sheet to take them home with you. If you cannot do so, or forget, we will provide a bakery box.
This class is for ages 12 and up. $32/member, $40/non-member Pre-registration is required for all Farm Institute cooking classes.
